Once movers have transported all items to your new space, our team will tackle the unpacking and placement, room by room, with emphasis on functionality. Our promise is to have you feeling settled in not only following this process, but through it. Our unpacking (Box Out) is not to be confused with our professional organization service (Nest In). The Box Out goal is to get your home in functioning order and remove packing materials, not to professionally organize your home. We do recommend packaging our Box Out with our Pare Down and Nest In services which allows for long-term time and cost savings. 

When you’ve moved to a new home, the number of things to do seems never-ending, and once you get through the move itself, you may simply not have the time and energy to unpack with family and work responsibilities pulling you in different directions.

Move timeline permitting, we always begin with a discovery session, allowing us to learn as much as possible about the circumstances surrounding your move – When are you moving? Are you moving directly in or into a temporary interim living situation? What kind of square footage are you moving out of and into? How many items do you have? And so on…. Then, we’ll send you a proposal that includes a clear timeline, estimate, and functional design layouts of key storage spaces as requested.

After filling out our web form, we’ll schedule your complimentary 30-minute phone consultation to learn more about your needs and timeline. From there, we’ll schedule an at-home discovery session (also complimentary) to gain a better understanding of the amount of items you have. We’ll then create a timeline and estimate for all services needed, and get to work once approved!
